Grant permissions to Workflow site (Duet Enterprise)

The Duet Enterprise for Microsoft SharePoint and SAP workflow site contains a special service role, the SAP Workflow Authenticated Readers group. This group consists of users who are trusted by both the SAP system and Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010. The SAP Workflow Authenticated Readers group provides members with SharePoint Server 2010 Read and Limited Access permissions.

To assign users to the SAP Workflow Authenticated Readers group, follow these steps.

To assign user accounts to the SAP Workflow Authenticated Readers group

  1. On the top-level Workflow site, on the Site Actions menu, click Site Permissions.

  2. On the Permissions page, in the Name column, click SAP Workflow Authenticated Readers.

  3. On the SAP Workflows Authenticated Readers page, click New, and then click Add Users.

  4. In the Grant Permissions dialog box, in the Users/Groups box, type the user account names you want to add (separated by a semi colon), and then click OK.
