@SakshiMunjal It is currently 5/9/2024. The screenshot below shows the plan is "On track" and the baseline finish has already passed. What am I missing?

@PetrKrenzelok - You would set your Scheduling Mode to 'Fixed Effort'. Using this mode if you edit duration or edit the resources, the effort will remain the same. We need some field for an Estimated effort, which does not change. Task duration is a different thing. It is set automatically in relation to the task start / end date. In our case it is 1 month long sprint. When I set an Effort to say 10 MD, and then I start to fill in an assignments, it resets tho...
