I generally love Microsoft products, so it pains me that this app is as bad as it is. I've set, reset and verified the configuration on all windows devices in my household and virtually no tracking activity tracking gets recorded, and screen times are left unimposed since the app thinks zero time is spent on their devices. I really would love to use this, but right now it's completely unreliable.

Same issue as everyone else. The app (mostly) worked previously & could usually do what I wanted it to do. However now it says I need an update, but play store says I'm up to date, and the app won't do anything except prompt me to update. Stuck in the loop... I can't send feedback because now when I open the app it immediately launches a pop-up for "Confidentiality Notice & Program Terms" that blocks the screen, saying I signed up for a program not available to the public... Which I haven't.

I'm experiencing issues with the app – it constantly shows an update pending, redirects me to the Play Store, but there's no actual update happening. The app is non-functional, making it impossible to send log information. Seems like a significant bug. Are there plans to address this? Update. It's is working better now, as now there has been an update promoted. Hopefully everything works as it should now. Thanks.
