If you receive a message in another language on your desktop PC, select More options More options button > Translate at the top of the message. This will show a translation of the message into the language that you've set for Teams.

Your default target translation language will be the same as your Teams app language.

After the message is translated, you'll see an icon next to the message which indicates it's been translated.

Note: If you don't see the translate option in Teams, contact your IT admin to make sure that it's turned on.
