Did you try from OneDrive 'online', or from Windows File Explorer?
Ideally, you go into OneDrive online, click on "My Files" in her
account, and find any folder in the list with the picture of a chain
link. Highlight it and then click 'remove link'.
We had a user have a SharePoint folder shortcut - go on leave so account
was disabled for a time. Now back and her OneDrive is a mess! I can't
remove the shortcut folder - lots of syncing errors. Have tried to
restart OneDrive. Any suggestions?
You can hide the sync button for individual libraries but not using the

for further details. Essentially, you can hide this feature via the view
setting by 'Form...
@DazzaR Yes, your understanding is correct. Any file marked as Always
keep on this device (and now marked as "Available offline" in OneDrive
for web) are exempted and will not be managed by Storage Sense. You can
