There are many Rewards available to you – from Amazon to Xbox – all from Microsoft.

Once you have enough points, eligible rewards will become visible on your Rewards page. Save up for a big item, and spend your points on smaller rewards along the way – however you want to redeem your points, we’re with you. We’ll track your point progress, so you can keep earning and spending without counting on your fingers.

Note: Offers vary by country. Be sure to redeem your rewards points in the same region you signed up in. Do not use a VPN while trying to redeem points. When redeeming points, use a mobile or landline phone number for authentication and not a VoIP phone number.

I don't see the Microsoft Rewards gift card I want

Some gift cards aren’t always available through Microsoft Rewards - check back often!

In the meantime, there are always great apps, movies, games, sweepstakes, and more available - all from Microsoft.

I am having an issue redeeming my Microsoft Rewards points

If you are having an issue redeeming your Microsoft Reward points it could be one of the following issues:

  • You might have entered the wrong code: Ensure that the code sent to your phone number matches the code you are entering. If you have had too many unsuccessful attempts at completing phone verification, you must wait 48 hours before attempting again.

  • The phone number provided may have already been used on multiple Microsoft Rewards accounts: There is a limitation on the number of accounts (maximum of 6 accounts per household) that can be associated with one phone number. Please provide a different phone number to be able to redeem your Microsoft Rewards points.

  • You may have attempted to redeem Microsoft Rewards Points with a VoIP phone number: You'll need a mobile phone or land line number to redeem Microsoft Rewards points. Voice over IP (VoIP) numbers are not permitted. This requirement is outlined in the Microsoft Services Agreement. In order to redeem your points, you will need to provide a working non-VoIP phone number.

  • If you received an error message stating you are currently traveling: Microsoft Rewards points must be redeemed in the same region as your Microsoft account and cannot be redeemed while traveling in another market/region. Please wait until you return to your home country/region to continue to use Microsoft Rewards.

Note: Attempting to redeem an item from outside of your current market is a violation of program policy. You should only redeem rewards offered in your current market, as offers and rewards vary between account, region, and market. Please ensure that you are not using a proxy or VPN service that may conceal your true location.
