Choose Account Settings > Account Settings. On the Email tab, choose your account (profile), and then choose Repair. Note: The Repair option isn't available if you're using Outlook 2016 to connect to an Exchange account. Follow the prompts in the wizard, and when you’re done, restart Outlook. Outlook connection still not working?

Open Outlook. Enter your Microsoft 365 email address, and then select Connect. Enter any additional email addresses that you want to use and then select Next. If prompted, enter a password, and then select Sign in. After all your accounts have been added, choose if you want to set up Outlook mobile or wait until later. Select Done.
