Create or change a presentation’s handout - Microsoft Support

Click Slide Size (or, in PowerPoint 2010, Slide Orientation ), and then choose one of the options. When PowerPoint is unable to automatically scale your content, it will prompt you with a message. Select Maximize to increase the size of your slide content when you are scaling to a larger slide size.
