Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1, Windows Server 2008 Service Pack 2
- Exchange Server 2010 or Exchange Server 2007 to be installed on the server where the script will be run
- PowerShell 2.0 or later
