Business Voice retired June 2022. Customers wishing to continue with the existing service should transition to the new licensing plan.
The following add on licenses are recommended for the transition:
Microsoft Teams Phone Standard for a cloud-based Phone System in Microsoft Teams.
Audio Conferencing for dial-in and dial-out conferencing for meetings.
Microsoft Teams Calling Plans for domestic calls to Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) connectivity.
Existing Business Voice customers won't be automatically transitioned to the new licensing model.
Please note that there are various bundles available for purchase that include Teams Phone Standard and Teams Calling Plans. Customers are recommended to evaluate all options to ensure the best fit.
