    Unified Service Desk -Omnichannel for Customer Service package provides solutions to use omnichannel with Unified Service Desk in the specified Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement organization. The download contains the setup for the following:
    • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Package Deployer
    • Unified Service Desk - Omnichannel for Customer Service packages
  • Supported Operating Systems

    Windows 7 Service Pack 1, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10

    Unified Service Desk - Omnichannel for Customer Service requires an instance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement apps (online) and Unified Service Desk client application. For detailed information about the minimum system requirements for installing the Unified Service Desk client application and deploying the sample packages,, see Pre-requisites and system requirements of Omnichannel for Customer Service.
    1. To start the download, select Download.
    2. Choose the file that you want to download, and select Next.
    3. You'll be prompted to run or save the file. Select Save to save the file to your computer.
    • If you downloaded the Unified Service Desk package archive file, extract the contents of the package. Next, run the PackageDeployer.exe file in the extracted folder to select and deploy a Unified Service Desk package.
