@Kara_Wang I am running the most current version of Monterey and have
not been able to get past the share window. I have been able to do this
on Windows devices.
Yes this all looks very confusing. A remote support app should make it
easy to share your screen. I noticed that you have to click on the
microphone icon in the menu bar and from there share your screen (after
the approval screen). From there you'll be able to share a window or
full screen.
